LexUM reserves their intellectual property rights pertaining to Canlex’s graphic design and its navigation and processing tool design.

LexUM deletes all texts, documents and data received for enhancement purposes within 24 hours.

When you send a document in one of the Microsoft Word formats (.doc, .docx) to one of the Canlex APIs (Reflex-API for exemple) or any other Canlex web service, you must absolutely been licenced the appropriate rights to operate this word processing software. LexUM takes for granted that all of the users of its applications are complying to third parties license agreements and reserve its right to interrupt any business relation with clients using documents originating from unlicenced copies of Microsoft Word.
